A series of telephone commercial which stars Chow Yun Fat and Pat Ha Man Jik debuted on television on the 13th. The company held a press conference at the yacht club for the occasion. Fat Jai said, "I too feel Fat Gor sounds better than Fat Soe, from now on don't call her Fat Soe anymore, call her Lin Mui, Mrs. Chow, or even Len Nui (pretty girl). Fat Jai felt in a marriage, the most important thing is one of the two is willing to sacrifice; if the guy loves the girl more then the guy is at a disadvantage, if the girls loves the guy more than the girl is at a disadvantage; when he and Len Nui are together of course Len Nui is the one who gets taken advantage of.

When asked how come he can't love as much as his wife? He said, "There is no balance in love, plus men can't always have "I love you" hanging by his mouth. My wife and I have been married for 8 years and I rarely seriously say I Love You."

The reporters turned and asked Len Nui for the secret to their marriage, except Len Nui Mrs. Chow said, "Don't listen to me! He and I dated for 3 years. We registered 12 years ago in New York. He can't even remember what happened in New York. He can't remember my birthday, so it's not surprising that he doesn't remember our anniversary."

Reportedly during the shooting of the commercial Fat Gor bonded with the child actress who played his daughter. Thus the reporters hounded Fat Gor about his plans for children. Fat Gor only laughed, "The job is so busy now, I will think about that when I have nothing to do!"

After the promotional activity, on the night of the 13th the couple flew back to America for additional scenes and voice work on Replacement Killer. The first will premiere in Hong Kong. Fat Jai expressed that is due to respect for Hong Kong because of Hong Kong's serious piracy problem, as the company is trying to avoid the pirated version appearing before the film is in the theaters.

This Lunar New Year two foreign films will be released in Hong Kong. One will be Michelle Yeoh (Yeung Chi King)'s James Bond movie, the other will be Chow Yun Fat's Replacement Killer. Fat Jai didn't see much of a problem, as the situation is just like previous Lunar New Years when Jackie Chan, Stephen Chiau Sing Chi and Jet Li (Lee Nin Kit) all have films in the theater, or last summer when the dinosaurs fought John Woo.
